• Payment Information: Transaction IDs and payment status processed securely via Razorpay — we do not store your card or bank details
• Usage Data: Pages visited, tools used, prompts generated, and features accessed on the platform
• Device & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team via email or WhatsApp

⚙️ 2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used strictly to operate and improve AIPromy. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Create and manage your account and provide access to the platform
• Process and verify subscription payments
• Personalise your experience and show relevant content
• Send important platform updates, notices, and announcements
• Respond to your support queries and resolve technical issues

• OpenAI / Groq / Google Gemini — AI model APIs that power our tools. Input prompts may be processed by these providers per their respective policies
• Google Analytics — Anonymous usage analytics to help us understand platform performance
• Google Fonts — Font delivery via Google’s CDN
• WordPress & Hosting Provider — Platform infrastructure and server hosting

🌐 6. Publicly Available Content & User-Generated Content

AIPromy curates and publishes AI-generated images and prompts sourced from publicly available platforms — including but not limited to Facebook, Midjourney, Pinterest, Reddit, Twitter/X, personal websites, and other public online sources. This content is shared on AIPromy as a reference and inspiration resource for our community.

Our position on publicly sourced content:

• All images and prompts featured on AIPromy from external sources are either AI-generated, publicly shared by their creators, or available in the public domain at the time of publishing
• We publish such content in good faith as user-generated / publicly available content — similar to how aggregator platforms, mood boards, and creative communities operate
• We do not claim ownership of externally sourced content — credit and original ownership always belongs to the respective creator
• We do not monetise individual third-party images directly — they serve as prompts and inspiration for our AI-focused community

For content posted directly by our users (forum questions, shared prompts, community posts):

• Such content is visible to all logged-in users of the platform
• Your display name or username may be shown alongside your public contributions
• You are solely responsible for the content you post — do not share personal, sensitive, or confidential information in public areas
• AIPromy reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates our Terms & Conditions

©️ 7. Copyright & Removal Requests

AIPromy fully respects the intellectual property rights of creators and copyright holders. We have a clear, immediate takedown policy — if you are the original owner of any content published on our platform, we will remove it promptly upon request, no questions asked.

How to submit a removal request:

• Email us at support@aipromy.com with the subject line: “Content Removal Request”
• Include the URL or direct link to the specific content on AIPromy you want removed
• Briefly describe your ownership or rights over the content (e.g., “This is my Midjourney image posted on my Facebook page”)
• Optionally, include a link to the original source where you first published it

Our commitment to you:

• We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours of receiving it
• Content will be removed within 48 hours of a verified, valid request — often much sooner
• We do not demand legal notices or formal DMCA filings for takedowns — a simple email is enough
• We will never re-publish content after a confirmed removal request

All original platform content created by AIPromy — including tools, prompt templates, designs, copy, and code — remains our exclusive intellectual property and is protected under Indian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or redistribution of AIPromy’s own content is strictly prohibited.

🙋 8. User Rights

As a user of AIPromy, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Opt out of non-essential communications (e.g., promotional emails) at any time
• Right to Data Portability: Request your data in a portable format where technically feasible

AIPromy is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Our platform is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

• If you are under 18, you may not register for or use AIPromy
• If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete that information promptly
• Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided us with personal data should contact us immediately at support@aipromy.com

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

AIPromy takes reasonable steps to protect your privacy, but we cannot guarantee absolute security or the accuracy of all information on the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services linked to or integrated with our platform

• Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription period

• We may notify you via email or a platform announcement for material changes
