✅ 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using AIPromy at aipromy.com, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to our privacy policy and Refund Policy

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

🤖 2. Platform & Services

AIPromy is an AI productivity platform that provides:

• Access to 143+ AI-powered tools for writing, marketing, and content creation
• A library of AI prompts including text and image prompts
• Daily updated content, templates, and AI assets

All services are accessible exclusively at aipromy.com. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time without prior notice.

👤 3. Account & Access

When you create an account on AIPromy:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Your account is for personal use only — one user per account
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

💳 4. Subscription & Payment

AIPromy operates on a monthly subscription model:

• Price: ₹599 per month
• Payment Methods: UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay
• Renewal: Subscription is not auto-renewed. You must manually renew each month to continue access.
• Access: Full platform access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification
• Expiry: Upon expiry or non-renewal, access is immediately revoked

🚫 5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AIPromy are strictly non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with platform content or tools
• Accidental or duplicate payments (contact us immediately for duplicate payment resolution)
• Account suspension due to violation of our Terms
• Inability to use the platform due to your device, internet, or technical issues
• Partial use of subscription period

In case of a payment failure or technical error on our end, please contact support@aipromy.com within 48 hours with your payment screenshot.

⚡ 6. Permitted Use

You may use AIPromy for lawful personal and professional purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our tools, prompts, or platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform
• Submit sensitive personal data (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details) into AI tools
• Violate any applicable Indian or international laws while using the platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

©️ 7. Intellectual Property

All content on AIPromy — including but not limited to tools, prompts, designs, copy, logos, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of AIPromy and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may use AI-generated outputs from our tools for your personal or business purposes
• You may not resell, redistribute, or republish our prompt library or tool outputs as your own product
• You may not copy or replicate AIPromy’s platform, design, or concept

⚠️ 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIPromy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free platform availability
• Fitness of content for any specific purpose
• Results from using any tool or prompt

AI-generated content should always be reviewed and verified by you before use. AIPromy is not responsible for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

🚫 9. Account Termination

AIPromy reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any of these Terms & Conditions
• We detect account sharing or unauthorized use
• You engage in abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity on the platform
• You attempt to harm the platform, its users, or its services

Termination due to policy violations does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees paid.

⚖️ 10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where applicable.

Any dispute arising from the use of AIPromy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. We encourage you to first contact us at support@aipromy.com to resolve any issues amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
