🚫 1. All Sales Are Final
AIPromy operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made and access to the platform is granted, the transaction is considered complete and final.
This policy exists because:
- Access to our entire platform — all 143+ tools, prompts, and content — is granted immediately upon payment
- Digital content and services cannot be “returned” once accessed
- We offer free tools at aipromy.com/free-tools so you can evaluate our platform quality before subscribing
🎁 2. No Free Trial
AIPromy does not offer a free trial for the premium subscription. However, we provide 6 completely free AI tools at aipromy.com/free-tools that you can use without any payment or registration.
We strongly encourage you to:
- Try all 6 free tools to experience our platform quality
- Review our pricing page and feature list thoroughly
- contact us with any questions before subscribing
📅 3. Subscription & Expiry
Our subscription model works as follows:
- Price: ₹599 per month — one flat price, no hidden fees
- Renewal: Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. You must manually repurchase each month.
- Expiry: When your subscription period ends, access is immediately and automatically revoked
- No Carry-Forward: Unused days are not carried forward if you choose not to renew
There is no cancellation process required — simply do not renew when your month expires, and you will lose access automatically.
🔄 4. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations do NOT qualify for a refund:
- Change of mind after subscription
- Dissatisfaction with AI tool outputs or content quality
- Not using the platform after payment
- Technical issues on your end (device, internet, browser compatibility)
- account suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions
- Forgetting to cancel before the next month
- Purchasing by mistake
✅ 5. Exception: Duplicate / Failed Payments
The only exception where we will review your case is a verified duplicate payment or technical payment failure — where you were charged but did not receive access.

⚖️ 6. Consumer Rights
This policy is designed in accordance with Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. As a digital subscription service, refunds on consumed digital services are not mandated under current Indian law.
